They are themselves intending to take a closer look at this issue in future editions of their magazine. The Government are seeking views on proposed changes to the process for recording, diverting and extinguishing public rights of way. Contributions to this consultation will be used to inform Government decisions on whether and how to implement improvements. A contribution has been made and can be viewed at the link below. You are encouraged to make your own contribution supporting the removal of footpaths that through family homes.
