The Country Land & Business Association (CLA) have published a short article on what we are and what we're setting out to do! In our first published work, CLA have talked to one of our group about their experiences with badly-placed footpaths. The message of the article is the same as the one you'll hear from us: if you can contribute, we want to hear from you! Find our contact details on our 'Get Involved' page.
If you're not a CLA member, you can read a sample of our article at the link below. Even better, if you are a CLA member, click the link, log in with your username and password and read the full text. Link to article Click below to leave your comments.

I was very pleased to see that your concerns are being discussed by the CLA. I was a founder member of a previous group (Countyside Rights Association, perhaps a misleadinh name?) who realised that the abuse by courts, local authorities and users of spurious claims of the existance of alleged public rights of way is not only unlawful but against our Human Rights, the law being abused in order to protect user groups etc. We tried for years, but because our concerns are not vote winners for MPs no one will help or take action to stop the abuse against home and landowners alike. I welcome your input and wish you success.
