Two letters have been published in the November edition of the NFU Countryside magazine.
One refers to laws regarding rights of way but adds nothing new and shows no respect for those living in rural areas impacted by footpaths. The second describes what is all too often the experience of walkers, that when they find themselves in a family home they are embarrassed to be there. This writer respects the family home, realising that walking these paths is an intrusion to the family and a great embarrassment for the walker. To move footpaths out of family homes is clearly in the mutual interest of the public and families living in rural areas. Click below to leave your comments.
