The Law Commission is undertaking a review of all law relating to wildlife. This includes the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 which covers footpaths and also links through to the Countryside and Rights of Way Act 2000. Those that have an intrusive footpath running through their family home should contact the Law Commission to express their concern and press for a change to the law.
